Paro, Haa Punakha, Gangtey, Trongsa, Bumthang & Paro

Day 1 Arrival to Paro 

Enjoy the beautiful view of Himalayan ranges on your flight to Bhutan. Then, take your time relaxing at the hotel—afternoon visit to majestic Paro Dzong and the National Museum. Make a quick walk around town before you leave for the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 Haa valley day excursion 

Make an ascend and descend drive to Haa valley crossing Chele la pass. One of the highest roadable passes in Bhutan at 3900m. Explore pristine Haa valley making your visit to Lhakhang karpo and Nagpo and the beautiful Haa town. Then, drive back to Paro, enjoying the drive through lush forest. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 Paro – Thimphu 

Reach you to the capital city of Thimphu, enjoy visiting the National memorial chorten, the giant Buddhist statue in Bhutan, the oldest changangkha temple, and the national takin reserve center. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Explore Thimphu 

Unfold your day hiking to Tango and Cheri monastery, ascend & descend through the lush forest of blue pine, fir, and the rhododendron, do not miss the beautiful sights of wondering goral ( wild goat). Spend your time visiting the Painting school and temples in the area, offering cultural and spiritual views and the ancient lifestyle of Bhutan. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 Thimphu – Phobjikha 

Ascend to the Phobjikha valley, 3000- meter mountain passes, and valleys with panoramic views. 

Meet with the local people visiting villages and discover the unique lifestyle. Visit the important and biggest Nyingmapa monastery located at the hilltop offering a superb panoramic view of the valley. Walk-in gentle nature trial with a pristine landscape through the Pine forest. Make a quick visit to Black Necked Crane Centre to get information about habitats in the valley. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 Explore Phobjikha Valley

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning. 

Explore the famous Longley trial through the rhododendron, yak herder village, with a panoramic view of Gangtey valley from the top. Visit a private Buddhist institute and spend some time with monks. A gentle walk around the valley before you go to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 Phobjikha – Bumthang 

Travel to the beautiful landscapes of Bumthang, Make a stopover at Trongsa Museum, which offers varieties of antique galleries. As you travel more, visit the Yatra textile center being crafted in Chumey valley, home to one of Bhutan’s oldest weaving communities in the valley. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 8 Bumthang 

Start your day visiting Wangudecholing Palace, Home to the second king. Then, visit 7th-century renowned Jambay Lhakhang, it was one of the 108 stupas built by the Tibetan Emperor to pin down the demoness and introduce Buddhism to the people. Next, visit Kurjey Lhakhang and Tamshing monastery with our insightful representatives before going back to the hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 9 Bumthang – Punakha 

Reached to picturesque Punakha valley with gentle drive through the lush forest and cool air. Visit majestic Punakha Dzong, standing at the junction of the two famous rivers overlooking the lush valley. Walk to the longest suspension bridge adorned with multicolored prayer flags gracing beautifully along the whole bridge. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 Punakha 

Hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Chorten built by queen mother through rice paddies and pine trees. Visit beautiful Punakha town offers a unique Bhutanese lifestyle and its charm. Spend some time with the people before you leave for the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 Punakha – Paro 

On your journey to iconic Paro valley, visit the famous Chimi Lhakhang, a fertility temple; women who wish to have a child could get a blessing from the temple. Then, visit Paro Rinpong Dzong and the National Museum showcasing an impressive collection of galleries. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12 Explore Paro Valley

Hike to famous Takshang monastery stands on a sheer cliff with an elevation of 3000 m. Discover the legendary history and meditate for a while. Then, walk back and visit the oldest Kyichu, Lhakhang. One of the 108 sites established by the Tibetan Emperor in the 7th century. Do spend some time in the beautiful Paro town with our representatives. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13 Departure 

Today, our representatives will escort you to the Paro international airport for your departure.
