Day 1 Paro – Thimphu

Experience your flight enjoying beautiful Himalayan ranges and a smooth landing at Paro International airport. Begin your journey with an hour’s drive through the forested mountains dotted with legendary monasteries and temples route to the capital city of Bhutan. Slower your paced activities on your fast day as you adjust to the altitude. If you are feeling fine, explore the beautiful Thimphu city, the only city without traffic lights. Visit the National Institute of arts and crafts center, a folk heritage museum that offers insights into Bhutanese daily life in the past. Do not miss out on a visit to the impressive Tashi Chho Dzong. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2 Explore Thimphu 

Enjoy the fantastic sunrise in the morning. Begin your sites by visiting the majestic Buddha Dordenma statue perched 170 feet overlooks the beautiful town of Thimphu. Next, continue your visit to the oldest Changangkha temple in Thimphu, with sweeping views across the valley. (The monastery can access by car or hike). Next, continue visiting the 16th-century monastic school of astrology (needed prior arrangements), followed by the textile museum. Finally, stopover at the National post office to make personal stamps with your photo before leaving the hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 3 Thimphu – Punakha 

Today’s journey will take you to the breathtaking Punakha valley over the iconic Dochula Pass. On a clear day, you might enjoy the panoramic view of Himalayan ranges. Continue your journey descending to the Punakha valley, enjoying the scenic road through lush forest. Make a stopover at famous chimi Lhakhang, making into pilgrimage walk through the ice field. Renowned as a couple planning to start a family, who come hoping to receive a blessing. Reaching to Punakha valley and visiting majestic Punakha Dzong, beautifully standing in the confluence of two rivers and longest suspension bridge adorned with colorful prayer flags. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 4 Punakha – Iconic Paro Valley

Begin your day enjoying the surrounding temples and places with our representatives. Then, kick off your journey to Paro valley, retracing back over the iconic Dochu La pass and enjoying a scenic drive crossing through the famous chuzom bridge, which features Bhutanese, Tibetan, and Nepal architect stupas in the confluences of rivers. Reaching Paro, visit Paro Rinpong Dzong, “fortress with heaps of jewels” followed by the National Museum. Finally, continue your journey by visiting the oldest 7th-century Kyichu Monastery and Dumtse Lhakhang. Overnight at the Hotel. 

Day 5 Explore Paro Valley 

Your day begins with an energy-boosting breakfast before departing for Taktsang Goemba monastery, known as Tiger’s Nest. One of the most significant cultural icons of the Kingdom, this highly revered monastery was built on a sheer cliff face roughly 2,950 feet (900 meters) above Paro Valley and is visible from the valley floor. Hike up to the monastery with our representatives sharing legendary histories and backgrounds through the fantastic scenery of the pine forest. Then, descend back and explore the beautiful Bhutanese architect-decorated town and enjoy your time mingle with local people. Overnight at the Hotel. 

Day 6 Departure 

After an early breakfast, finalized your packing and departed to Paro International Airport for your returns with many memories.
